It has been steadily increasing over the past 10 years, particularly in children with atopic skin (3). Molutrex is very easy to use: 1 to 2 applications per day until redness appears (usually 2 to 10 days). It does not require rinsing. It can be used on the face and body (excluding the eye area and mucous membranes) in adults and children aged 2 and over.
